We are now in our 27th Year of Publication!

BREAKING NEWS!
As a result of decisions made in the EAP Governing Board, Oct. 2020, all EAP National, European-Wide and 'Ordinary' Organisations, including European Accredited Psychotherapy Training Institutes (EAPTIs), will now get a digital copy of each issue of the e-Journal, as a part of their 2021 EAP membership fees, and they can forward this e-Journal issue onwards to all their individual members and organisations. 
If you are an EAP member and have not received a copy, contact us. 
This decision will increase the regular readership of the Journal to a potential of (about) 120,000 European psychotherapists. Printed copies will also be available to members of these organisations for a (cost-price-plus) amount, hopefully around €10.00 (inc. p&p).  

Our next Special Issue will be on "Integrative Psychotherapy" (possibly for Vol. 27, No. 3, Winter 2023), please go to 'Special Issues' tab above

The IJP was founded in 1996.  
The IJP is published by the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP). 
We were printing about 500 copies per issue, with three issues a year, in March, July and November until 2019. Since then, we started moving towards publishing much more of an online e-Journal and reducing the number of printed copies.  Our readership should now increase to potentially (about) 120,000 readers.
Back issues (printed copies) and PDF files of the whole issue, of issues from 2005, plus PDF files of all the different individual articles (from 2005), are available as automatic downloads from the CATALOGUE: (left-hand, side-bar) using PayPal.
